As husband(Chris) and wife(Meaghan) both being qualified personal trainers working separate jobs, trying to juggle raising children, making time for family time, and Chris being so dedicated to his jobs and a successful triathlete, our next best option was to open our own Studio. We didn't want any plain studio. It had to have a difference and it had to be warm and inviting. This is what we have created and we hope you love it as much as we do!!
